Family friendly vacation beach rental in the townhouse community of Bethany Proper. Bethany Proper is in the heart of Bethany Beach and just 3 blocks to the sand and ocean. Walk, bike, drive or take the trolley (in season) to shops, restaurants or the beach. This warm and comfortable end unit features three bedrooms and three baths plus outside shower. Main floor has an open and airy feel. Three of the four bedrooms are located upstairs including a master suite and one bedroom is located on the first floor with a FULL bath. A MUST SEE!! Bike, walk, drive or even take the trolley to the town and beach. No smoking.

Bethany Beach Happy

We’ve stayed at 312A or in one of the other homes in the court for a number of years now. It’s our go to happy place in Bethany when we meet up for our large extended family vacation time. The only comment is that time has taken its toll on the sliding door and the furniture is a bit uncomfortable for short legged people.
