Bethany Beach House

Nice house within walking distance to the beach & boardwalk. Trolley stop close by. Easy access to pool and tennis courts. The Bathrooms were in good condition and modern. Functional kitchen but did not like rubber mats on floor. There were crumbs and ants on counters and floor on arrival and the Kitchen trash can lid was worn/filthy. Downstairs bedroom has a queen size (quite soft mattress) bed and had a broken ceiling fan which maintenance did come but ordered a new one, for the next guests. Upstairs attic bedroom with slanted ceiling, had no a/c vent so unusable in hot weather. Other 2 bedrooms were very nice. Living room and Dining area had nice comfortable seating, though sofa was stained. Good Washer/Dryer and 4 nice beach chairs in the garage. Would not recommend the linen package as some of the sheets/towels were damp, maybe from sitting on the porch in humid weather.
