Home is fully equipped. WIFI/Streaming only. Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, gas grill, deck, enclosed outside shower. FYI- Home backs to the tennis courts.
Other Information:
-Saturday to Saturday rentals from 6/17-8/19. Flex bookings allowed (3+ nights) all other dates.
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $172
-Bedding: King, King, Double, Double (sleeps 8)
-Dog friendly. 2 dog max. 45LBS or smaller. $150 fee each dog. $100 pet clean. $250 deposit.
-Beach Gear: Bikes (2), Beach Chairs (2) (items not guaranteed). 2 folding chairs at house to squeeze 8 around dining room table.
-Parking: 2 (+ 1 parking permit provided)
-You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
