Welcome to Bethany Proper. Located just a few blocks from the ocean and sand and an easy walk or bike ride into the heart of downtown. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is your perfect get a way. Step in to an open living and dining area, separate kitchen, full bath and bedroom. Deck and outside shower out back. Upstairs there is an en-suite bedroom, hall bath and 2 additional bedrooms. Home is fully equipped. WIFI/Streaming only. Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, gas grill, deck, enclosed outside shower. FYI- Home backs to the tennis courts.

Other Information:
-Saturday to Saturday rentals from 6/17-8/19. Flex bookings allowed (3+ nights) all other dates.
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $172
-Bedding: King, King, Double, Double (sleeps 8)
-Dog friendly. 2 dog max. 45LBS or smaller. $150 fee each dog. $100 pet clean. $250 deposit.
-Beach Gear: Bikes (2), Beach Chairs (2) (items not guaranteed). 2 folding chairs at house to squeeze 8 around dining room table.
-Parking: 2 (+ 1 parking permit provided)
-You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Bethany Beach House

Nice house within walking distance to the beach & boardwalk. Trolley stop close by. Easy access to pool and tennis courts. The Bathrooms were in good condition and modern. Functional kitchen but did not like rubber mats on floor. There were crumbs and ants on counters and floor on arrival and the Kitchen trash can lid was worn/filthy. Downstairs bedroom has a queen size (quite soft mattress) bed and had a broken ceiling fan which maintenance did eventually come ( I had to call back after no one was sent on Monday per my Sunday call) but ordered a new one, for the next guests. Upstairs attic bedroom with slanted ceiling, had no a/c vent so unusable in hot weather. Other 2 bedrooms were very nice. Living room and Dining area had nice comfortable seating, though sofa was stained. Good Washer/Dryer and 4 nice beach chairs in the garage. Would not recommend the linen package as some of the sheets/towels were damp, maybe from sitting on the porch in humid weather.
