Fantastic rental! Amazing view, nicely furnished and very comfortable! Loved having the pool and the beach at the door!

Wilgus Realty was easy to work with starting with the booking process, payment procedures, check in, and checkout. The property location couldn’t be beat - and we have stayed at many different places in Bethany, including a different condo at Blue Surf. The ocean view is wonderful along with the easy commute to the beach. Wilgus provided a very nice welcome package which was appreciated.

The property was clean and well-stocked - although the post it notes left by the owner was somewhat distracting. The property is well maintained, but not as up-to-date as other condos we have stayed in. I would recommend this unit to others and would be happy to stay in #313 again.

A few suggestions/ complaints: we did pay $200.00 extra for the linen/towel service. Very disappointed that we had to open each wrapped package and make all the beds and hang our own towels (stayed in another unit here previously, paid for the same service, and all this was done for us) and then bundle all the same up and replace with bedspreads before leaving. Also, the two parking spots is misrepresented. There is no way 2 vehicles can fit in the side-by-side parking spaces underneath. We were provided with a street parking pass which we had to use for our second vehicle, but it wasn’t as convenient as we had hoped. This condo provided us with 2 keys for entry and there were 4 adults, 2 teens, and 1 child in our party. We were constantly juggling keys during the day. Many of the other units have keypads which would have been so much easier.

If you have children in your party, please visit Rehoboth Beach and go to Kiddieland. Even the adults and teens enjoyed it. And don’t miss the the subs at Surfs Up or the Boardwalk Waffle Fries! We also used the pool every day and the child in our group was in Heaven!

I like the location ( ocean front with most shops and restaurants within walking distance). The furniture is a little worn out and some should be replaced. Kitchen is well appointed but there was a shortage of wine glasses. The Bluetooth feature on the sound system was great.

I booked the rental through the Wilgus website. The booking process was easy and I was also pleased with the follow up emails regarding payment and check in. The check in process was quick and easy with very little wait time. I plan on using Wilgus again.

Perfect location right on the beach with a pool. Family of 6 was very comfortable, especially with 3 full bathrooms. Two parking spaces also appreciated.

Excellent experience. Condo was well stocked with utensils. Furniture was in good shape and comfortable. One chair on porch needed to be replaced.
View was perfect. Central location was a real plus.

Blue Surf is magical. From the wonderful view, beautiful interior, to the sweet smell of funnel cake in the air, Blue Surf is truly a great vacation rental.

You are free to roam around downtown Bethany without having to worry about parking or traffic. The beds in the condo were top notch and the pool is amazing.

I have rented this property twice over the past year. I was looking for an oceanfront place to rent in Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, or Bethany Beach - with no stairs and an aerial view of the ocean - and 313 Blue Surf turned out to be pure perfection.

The property looks exactly as it appears in the photos and it is evident to me that it is lovingly cared for by its owners. It was very clean on my arrival for both of my visits. The kitchen is very well-stocked with the cookware, dishware, and flatware that one would need to cook and serve meals. Everything is functional in the condo – the HVAC system, the washer/dryer, WiFi, cable, and all the kitchen appliances. I found the bed in the master bedroom to be comfortable and the quality of the sleep experience was excellent. I had no difficulties at all while lodging in the property.

What I like most about the condo is that, although it is centrally located and right on the boardwalk, it is a very relaxing and peaceful oasis even when the beach is packed with people. The healing comfort of the ocean and the crashing waves permeate the space when the balcony doors are open. I was very well-rested at the end of my visits.

The staff at Wilgus Associates is friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive to inquiries. And so is the owner. On both trips I reached out to Wilgus and I received immediate responses to my inquiries.

I plan to rent this delightful condo again in the future.
