Located in the family friendly community, The Canal, located on the North end of the town near Ocean View Parkway. This large home has a family friendly floor plan. The main floor has 2 bedrooms and a shared bath. Large living and dining area with a bonus den and a gaming area (cards, board games) and a well equipped kitchen, screened porch, laundry room and nice deck with family sized gas grill. The top floor features 3 more bedrooms and a shared bath and a VERY LARGE master suite with soaking tub, sitting area and deck. Ground floor storage area has an extra refrigerator and plenty of storage for beach goods. Easy walk to the beach up Ocean View Parkway. . No smoking.

-Saturday to Saturday rentals from 6/17-8/19. Flex bookings allowed (3+ nights) all other dates.
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $345

Still love the “big House!

6 years in Bethany, 3 years at this house for our family of 14 from 3 to 64 years old. Great space for whole group gatherings and for the many smaller spaces as well. Added new kitchen appliances this year.

A great stay

Our extended family of 8 adults and 5 kids really enjoyed this “big house” as our 5 year old granddaughter has named it. Hard to find 4 Queen or better sized beds in one house, with two additional rooms for twins. We spread out and have quiet (er) times and there are plenty of places to all be together. Screened porch seems to always have a breeze. Items noted last year were all fixed, which is why I am noting that this year, the outside char grill seems to have been damaged by others, would not heat consistently above 250 degrees. I am sure it will be fixed, property is well maintained, Wilgus maint crew came and repaired light ballasts and a shower door because they were noted by the cleaner….. great proactive service. We hope to be back.

Convenient, comfortable, spacious for our crowd

We had a terrific stay. Our three generation family from 14 months to age 62, all had the space required for family time and lots of nooks for smaller gatherings of the family as well. Loved the screened porch for am coffee and late eve drinks. Loved the dining room big enough for 12, the second table became the puzzle table. There was a whole room for the 14 month old twins to play. Well equipped, the second fridge was very helpful, the oven seemed a little slow to temp, but we adapted. Large propane grill was used regularly and left a new tank as we were leaving. We did have one unforeseen issue that we communicated to management about after and they were super reactive, helpful, investigative and solution oriented. Things happen everywhere, quality in this business is customer focused reaction, and that was top notch.

Family Beach Trip

We are seasoned renters at Bethany Beach, and the house did not disappoint. It was an easy walk to the beach, or into town for our nightly ice cream cones. The master bedroom is as spacious as the pictures, and the open floor plan on the main level was great for gathering as a family. Kitchen was on the small side for a group of our size, which made cooking together a little bit difficult. Management company was very prompt to respond to our call for questions about lights, and to provide some needed lightbulbs.

We enjoy being able to park our cars and walk to beach and boardwalk. We had plenty of space for our family to spread out. This house is gently used but it allowed us not to feel uncomfortable with small kids in our family.
