Family Vacation

Our unit was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked and had plenty of utensils There were plenty of beach chairs. toys and bicycles. The only drawback = it sleeps 10 but the dining table could not accommodate all of us!

Great Week in Bethany Proper

We have been renting in Bethany for over 25 years and have never stayed in Bethany Proper before. Great Community and pool. It was a beautiful relaxing week. Not unique to this unit but every rental in Bethany is the lack of cleaning of the AC intakes. Just a pet peeve of mine. I cleaned the two in this unit myself for peace of mind. Thanks to the owners for the new kitchen and bathrooms and for all the amenities in the garage. Overall a 8 out of 10

Great family rental

Bethany proper rentals are lovely. The adults could sit outside and watch the children ride bikes and scooters right out front. The trolley is handy. The pool is a nice bonus for taking a break from the beach.

4 weeks in Bethany

We had a delightful time in Bethany visiting with family.

The home was as depicted in the pictures. It is nicely equipped in the kitchen and the updates that have been made are great. Having both a gas and charcoal grill were a plus. It was a nice surprise to have bicycles and beach chairs available to us.

We had 3 maintenance items that we documented immediately to the management company. One was addressed right away and fixed. One I asked to be fixed while we stayed there and it was not addressed and the other is a long term repair that needs to be addressed by the association.

Overall our stay was without incident.
