34 Errett Road Pros: Great location. We love Middlesex Beach Clean home. New main floor carpeting. We stayed with 12 people. There was plenty of hot water. Air conditioning was very cold and worked great. Cons: The porch between the houses is INCREDIBLY hot. There is zero air flow which doesn’t make for a pleasant porch experience. We used the porch area a lot to eat and lounge and chat, and the porch is NOT conducive to that. The porch also does not have enough furniture for the amount of people who stay there. While there are two picinic tables, you can only sit on wooden benches for so long. The backyard is not usable. There is no yard area for kids to play in. The 5th bedroom is barely a bedroom. It is a super tiny trundle bed in a cupboard sized room smashed between two bigger rooms. It has no closet and a very old, very saggy bed. The closets in the main floor bedroom are basically unusable as there is a hot water tank and baby gear stacked inside so all four members of my family had to smash all our clothes into one dresser. The main floor bathroom has no exhaust fan so it gets very hot when using the shower. That bathroom is very tiny especially because 6 people were trying to use it.
