Home features ground floor family room and half bath. The main floor is an open concept floor plan with one bedroom (suite), half bath, screened porch and deck. Top floor has four additional bedrooms (2 are suites) and additional hall bath. Nice decks with views of wetlands and Salt Pond. A short walk to the beach and downtown Bethany Beach. .48 miles to the sand!

-Saturday to Saturday rentals only.
-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $304
-Bedding: King, King, King, 2 twins, 2 Pyramid Bunk beds (Double/Twin) - sleeps 12
-Beach Gear: 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella at Steen's Beach Stand.

Nice home

Home was absolutely great in its location and layout. Wilgus Associates are on the ball also and very nice and have their act together. The problem was the cleaning was not up to par and I was not the only one in our group to notice. There were stains in the carpet and after a few days I cleaned a stain on the stairs which come up with carpet cleaner and it showed me it was not a stain at all but it was grime. It was never attempted to be cleaned. The counter tops had smeared looks to them so I bought some Windex and cleaned the kitchen up. It was like water was used to clean instead of a cleaning solution. The cleaning crew were terrible. All in all, is has a great location, layout and real estate company working for the owners.

We have enjoyed this fantastic house for five years now and are so grateful to be able to spend two weeks with our family. This rental is so beautiful and a short walk to the beach. We have been staying at this beautiful home for our vacation for quite a few years. The location is great and the house is always in very fine condition. The cleaning staff does a great job and Wilgus addresses any details or maintenance in a timely manner. The sunsets over the salt pond are spectacular.
