Nice property!

Lovely view of the Indian River bay marshes. Great amount of furniture for 6 people to eat and play cards. Lovely quiet community with walking trails. Unit was in working order, except mattress covers were missing for some reason. A delightful stay with a lovely marsh/bay view.

Last Minute Accomodations Saved Our Family Vacation

Lucky to find this rental for the exact days/nights needed to save our family vacation when other arrangements fell through. Location and morning views of sunrise and wetlands was great. Several bathrooms required cleaning redo and maintenance to unclog two bathtub drains. Carpet was very soiled/spotted. Property manager offered to send carpet cleaners to remedy the issue but we declined due to difficulty in vacating people and luggage after the fact. Given the excellent customer service, we would certainly consider another stay and recommend property to friends.

The condo was clean, comfortable & spacious within a beautiful community with golfing & a pool right on site! Wilgus Associates was a helpful & accommodating agency! We had a wonderful vacation!
