Fantastic house for family gatherings

This is a wonderful house for multi-family gatherings. There is enough space and privacy for a large group. It is unique to find a house in which every bedroom has its own bathroom. The huge kitchen is well stocked with dishes and tools to make it easy to cook at home. The property management staff responded very quickly to an issue we had on our last day, and maintenance staff arrived within 10 minutes to fix the problem. The house was recently renovated and is in excellent condition. I would highly recommend this house for your large group.

Beautiful Bethany Home!

We had an annual trip with 12 friends. We chose Bethany Beach this year and selected this house in North Bethany. The house is beautiful and the common areas are fantastic! Our two small issues were - #1 we had an opening night Dinner Party and there was an issue with the oven. I called into Wilgus Customer Service and spoke with someone live - they said someone would call me back. No one ever called that night or even the next morning. Fortunately we figured it out with the fuse box. #2 we were short the proper # of sheets by 3. I called next morning and they said linen package is for 10. What?? We had 12 people. They said it was in fine print. Not cool. Fortunately Crystal from the Rental office took care of it and had the extra sets for us. Overall incredible house!

Best House Ever

This was a great house for our family reunion. The house was well stocked and very spacious. The elevator was great. The location was perfect and the staff at Wilgus were very friendly and helpful. Our family wants the rent this house again next year. I highly recommend.

Perfect for our group

The house was exquisitely decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We lived the short walk to the beach and the sounds of the waves from the deck. We loved the convenience of the elevator. We would have appreciated a ramp into the house as we have members of our group that have difficulty with stairs.

Unforgettable!

We had a wonderful time and the house, well we were all speechless. Only a few years old and had everything needed for a fantastic beach vacation. We had three families, total of 14 people. There were more bedrooms (beds) than we needed. The upstairs kitchen and main gathering room was huge and well appointed. Everything you need and then some. Being newer, everything was in good shape and clean. Elevator was a nice feature, especially going from the bottom to upper floor. Having access to the garage and beach chairs etc was helpful. Beach access was very close and private. nice outdoor activities for the kids as well at the house.Plenty of room everywhere, inside and out. Each floor was separately zoned for AC which was nice. Small gym that can get the job done. Having two separate laundry areas and the downstairs individual partial kitchen with refrigerator was a blessing. Beautiful views of the ocean and bay from the rooftop deck. As an owner of a vacation house myself, I would highly recommend this home. You won't be disappointed. Wilgus made the process easy.

So beautiful & spacious

This home was amazing! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was so helpful! Everything was beautifully done! There were ample decks for enjoying the outside. The kitchen was enormous and well equipped. There are multiple living areas and also a great yard with a putting green and bocce court. The property manager was so responsive when I had any questions or issues. It was the perfect home for our family.

Beach family fun

Single bed in lower level bedroom had very squeaky box spring. We had to move mattress to the floor. Would have been helpful to have indoor broom for sweeping. Instructions for accessing tv and using elevator would help.
Kitchen well equipped, realtor very responsive. Loved the house!
