You have everything you need to make a feast everyone will remember, featuring built-in refrigeration, a 48" dual-fuel range, an under-counter refrigerator, an icemaker, and a separate walk-in pantry. For a change of pace, throw something onto the 42" built-in gas grill on the grill deck and dine alfresco on one of the decks. Take the elevator to the third floor and head to the rooftop decks featuring gorgeous ocean and bay views to accompany the meal. The second-floor lanai is a place to enjoy meals or admire the view.

-Elevator: The elevator only goes to the third floor. You must go up two small sets of regular stairs to access the roof.
-Gym: Treadmill, Total gym
-Yard: Fenced in, Bocci ball, Putting green.
