Located in North Bethany on the Bayside you will find this small community known as The Sanctuary. You are surrounded by nature in this large family home with inverted floor plan.The entry level boasts a picnic table and charcoal grill (park style) with elevator access on ground level.(waiver required). On the second floor you will find four bedrooms and two full baths with Covered porches and decks accessible from bedrooms except bunk room.Top floor has an open concept floor plan with LARGE kitchen island open living room, dining area, powder room and en-suite bedroom and screened porch and decks with views of water and wildlife. 6 (Roku)Televisions and lots of ceiling fans to keep home comfortable. Enjoy an afternoon canoeing (not provided) on the canal or just sit back, relax and take in the views! No direct beach access. State Park Passes available from owner for 3 days upon request. WIFI/Cable. Microwave, Blender, Toaster and Toaster oven, Standard coffee and Keurig, Washer/Dryer + additional refrigerator, Dishwasher, Iron/Board. Enclosed outside shower. Screened porch. Deck. No smoking. No fireplace use. MUST DRIVE TO THE BEACH!

-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $271
-Bedding: King, King, King, Queen, 2 bunk beds (sleeps 12)
-Dog friendly (2 max). Dog Crate (located on ground floor). $250 deposit/$100 cleaning fee
