This spacious home features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 includes two queen beds, Bedroom 3 has one queen bed, and Bedroom 4 offers a bunk bed—perfect for children or teens. Each bedroom comes with its own attached balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the coastal breeze and stunning bay views from the comfort of their room.

Inside, the home is outfitted with everything you need for a relaxing stay. There is a private elevator that serves all four floors, offering convenience and accessibility for all guests. The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and a coffee maker duo with both standard and Keurig options. A wet bar with a wine fridge provides a great space to unwind in the evenings.

Modern amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, six flat-screen TVs, a washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Outdoor features are just as impressive, with six private decks, an enclosed outdoor shower, and select beach gear provided—including beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella (please note that beach gear is not guaranteed).

Guests have access to a range of Salt Meadows community amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, a scenic bayfront pavilion, a fishing and crabbing pier, nature trails for walking and biking, picnic areas, and private beach access directly across Coastal Highway.

This property is available for weekly rentals only, from Saturday to Saturday. Linens and towels are not included in the rental rate but can be rented for an additional $235. The home is pet-free, and the minimum rental age is 25. Parking is limited to three vehicles: one in the garage, one in front of the garage, and one in designated spot #58. A $150 community recreation fee applies to stays between May 15 and September 15 and is subject to change. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
