This is a very nicely decorated vacation rental. Three tenths of a mile to the beach. Main floor features kitchen, dining, living area and half bath. Second floor features two bedrooms and two baths. No smoking.

Excellent

We have been renting in Bethany for years and this was one of our favorites. We love the location. Easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk. The unit was one of the cleanest we have ever had. You can tell the owners take good care of the property. The updates they have done are quality. The Kitchen Aid appliances seemed brand new. Love that the fridge had filtered water and ice. The kitchen was well-stocked. We had 4 adults staying here and the size was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again. The people at Wilgus were very friendly when we checked in and out.

everything was great. the remodel was so nice! just 2 minor comments about the bunk bed... was wobbly/felt loose and the blind didn’t work in there... would recommend... very relaxed and enjoyed the whole time. thank you

Very enjoyable stay. Nicely renovated. Kitchen very accommodating for cooking. Swimming pool a plus and kept very clean. Our 9th year staying at this rental unit and look forward to returning next year. Wilgus Associates very friendly and easy to work with.

Great Location, Great Pool, Near Center of Action
First the Bad,
basic cleaning, screened in room not swept and appears to have a leak from the second floor, back patio had weeds and leaves plus no seating. Master bathroom fan did not work. Worse I sat on a dining room chair and it collasped! I cut my hand, not enough to need stitches but the scar will remind me of our first night. It appears the chair had broken before and was repaired by someone using a baking sheet to hold the halves together.
The GOOD
I called management and they responded quickly and with concern, Excellent.
The location is fantastic.
The pool was a welcome respite at the end of a beach day with shade late day.
The people in the community were very friendly.
It is the middle of everything, park the car once and walk or bike everywhere.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, glasses, cups etc.
It was great overall value!
I would rent this place again and again.
As a first timer Bethany Beach traveler the whole area is lovely. And I am from the Jersey Shore!

Lovely home, amazing location

This home was perfect for our family of 4. The pool and tennis courts were right outside. Without beach gear, it was about a 10 minute walk to the boardwalk. We used the residential parking permit most days for the beach because it was a little too long of a walk with 7/8 year olds.

House was very clean and neat, a little dark and outdated on the first floor but very bright and great large bedrooms in the second floor. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk (about 0.5 miles) and great community swim pool in front of the property.

The good stuff first - the location is amazing. After years of staying on ocean block, it is amazing the value of a place like this considering how close it is to town. The included parking passes make heading to the beach a breeze. And I loved having a pool right there for an end of the day dip.
But the place could use a little TLC. The door/window blinds all had issues, almost all the plates/cups/bowls could use a refresh, there was no furniture on the bedroom balcony, the kitchen has limited cabinet/pantry space for food.
Wilgus was great with the issues we had, and it wasn't bad. It's just the little things that you notice when you are there for a whole week.
