451D Garfield Parkway

3 couples and 1 single guest, all adult family members. This was the 2nd year at this property. The check in/out was perfect and Wilgus responded promptly with a repair to the dishwasher. Some of the furniture is a bit tired but that is to be expected in a beach property. The location is very walkable with traffic lights at the major intersections. Close to restaurants and the beach. Parking is good for 3 cars.

Great rental

Enjoyed our stay. House was decorated nicely and items that we needed were there. Really liked that we didnt need a car to get anywhere. Appreciated the parking pass. We did park at beach one day. Needed to call maintanence 2 times for minor problems and they responded very quickly!!! Would definitely stay there again!!

Great Stay & Location

We had 4 boys under the age of 5 and 5 adults -- the house fit everyone. The table to eat is nice and big. We made good use of the grill. Wilgus provided 2 parking passes, so we could load up 1 car with our beach stuff, and then everyone else walked to the beach.
Overall this was a great stay, everything was clean and worked properly.
