End unit, easy to stay, parking, block and a half from the beach, end unit means only share one wall. Internet shaky in the downstairs, could use an extender or mesh. Great house.

Loved the locations for getting to beach. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and preparing meals. Some of the things none of us like compared to other sea pines condo we rented last year was furniture in living room was not very comfortable, especially the sofa, very uncomfortable. One bedroom upstairs had two twin beds as oppose to condo around corner, had two double beds in that same room which was very nice. Usage of pool was a plus. The place around the corner was much more comfortable but this place was so much closer to beach. We will definitely consider this place next year but would be better for owners to get a new sofa and change twin beds to double. I an sure this would increase your rentals hands down.
