One week in Betyhany 46 N. Atlantic Ave
It has been about 8 Summers that we are staying with kids & Grand kids in this wonderful house that is nicely furnished and in an ideal location. We plan to continue using both the Wilgus and this house as long it is available. The owners make you feel very welcome with what the offer for your use. Even a cart to carry your stuff in the beach.

We loved the house! Very clean and accommodating. Location was amazing and loved being so close to the boardwalk! The only complaint was the trees (on the neighboring property) blocked the ocean view ☹️. But overall would highly recommend!!

Great location, half a block to the beach and boardwalk, 5 min. walk to downtown. Very comfiportable house well taken care off with extra amenities e.g. beach chairs, beach toys, a wagon to carry your stuff and so on. There is even a good selection of puzzles that offer good family time when the weather keeps you in.
The great room, combination of Dinning, Family and Kichen, can accommodate our family of 7 very comfortable. Our grandkids, ageas 9,7 & 4 realy love the place and as soon as the school is over all they talk about is the Bethany Beach vacation.
It has been 7 years that we are comming here and we will continue to come in the future years.
46 North Atlantic is a great place to stay.

Wonderfully located, great family vacation rental

We greatly enjoyed this house! It was sparkling clean on arrival - kudos to the cleaning crew - and there was everything we needed for our 3 couples and 2 small children. The house lives bigger than it looks and we loved the screen porch in particular. There was an excellent beach cart and plenty of equipment if we had needed it. Our only suggestions are that the cushioned chairs in the living area are really dirty - frames and pillows a little smelly - but couch was fine. Maybe a mid-season clean on those would just make them more welcoming and pillows in the master were super stiff but next time we\'ll just bring our own. Very nice washer and dryer, bathrooms and showers were great, etc. Thank you!!

Stayed here two years a week at a time and my family enjoys it. It is very well maintained, comfortable and close to the boardwalk and beach. It even has beach chairs and umbrellas plus a beach wagon to use.
I also like it for its ample parking to keep two or three vehicles out of the sun.

Amazing for families with children of any age
Great location! Walk to downtown, boardwalk and the beach in less than 5 minutes. The property is clean and well taken care of, this is the reason we come back the last 6 years in a row and we will continue comming back.

Nice home conveniently located to downtown Bethany Beach

This is a nice home in a great location at the north end of the Bethany Beach board walk. We could walk to everything: beach, dining, shopping, parks, entertainment. One night during our week-long stay there was a live band at the bandstand. It was so nice to have to do so little driving.
Our party consisted of 4 adults and two children aged 6 and 7 and we were comfortable in the space. Bring your own games, puzzles, books, etc. for keeping yourselves entertained on rainy days as the house has only a few books. We did use the 'smart' TV to play our own movies and shows.
The house has a fairly well stocked kitchen although there were no pitchers for making tea, lemonade, etc. and I could not find a metal spatula to use on the grill. There was a silicone/plastic one which did not melt, so it worked out. There was a Keurig machine AND a drip coffee pot, so you should be good in that department.
The house had lots of beach chairs, some sand toys, a couple of umbrellas and a cart for hauling stuff to and from the beach. The outdoor shower is adequate, although it would be nice to have a shelf or two and a couple more hooks.
The bedrooms are adequate for sleeping 8. Some of the beds seem to be showing their age a little. Check under the coverlets before making the beds as we did find a dirty paper towel in one and the cap for something that had a sharp 'needle' in it (such as for puncturing a tube of cream or ointment or maybe even super glue). There were no lightweight blankets or throws of any kind, so if you want something more than a sheet but less than a comforter, bring your own. The master bath shower had rather low water pressure (in my opinion) but it was ok.
Overall, despite the little issues, this ranks among our best beach vacations (and we have had vacations at the beach for over 30 years).

I rented this house for two weeks and we had a great time. The location is awesome. Half block to boardwalk at First St, and 3 blocks to Garfield Pkwy. The house is all on one level and there is a hall bathroom, but the second bathroom is in the master bedroom, and the specs had said 2 1/2 bath, but they must have been counting the outside shower. No additional 1/2 bath with toilet. The LR is spacious and the screened porch has a table that will fit 4-5. The DR table will seat 8. Some of the twin mattresses need to be updated - very squeaky! The lower level is fantastic for storing boogie boards, strollers, and beach bags so no sand needs to be tracked upstairs. We had a teenager and two under the age of 5, so there was a bit of a challenge keeping the little ones quiet while others were still sleeping. We could take them out on the boardwalk or the porch, but that’s something to think about if you have different age groups. Since it’s all one level, there’s no way to separate the groups. But we worked it out by getting the noisy little ones out as fast as we could in the morning!!

Two Weeks at Bethany Beach

This was our ninth year in renting a vacation home through Wilgus Associates, Three years at Ashwood Court and six years at N. Atlantic Ave. in Bethany Beach, Delaware. The staff is courteous and efficient.If there was any issue, they were very helpful and quick to correct the problem. Any repairs to the unit were handled quickly. The units were always clean and ready to enjoy.

Wonderful family vacation steps from the boardwalk

This was the perfect beach house rental for me and my extended family. The large open living room, kitchen, and dining room area was a constant gathering place. The two patios (one covered and one not) meant that we could still hang outside for lunch in the midday sun without fear of getting burnt. The outdoor shower was amazing, with hot water on demand. We went with my two-year-old toddler son, and found the place very kid friendly. The Wi-Fi connection was a little poor, which meant that we were not able to watch any streaming movies in the living room, however the rental came with cable television. I don’t remember if there was access to a DVD player, but that would’ve been an alternative solution.
The location of the rental was perfect. We were right next to an access point to the beach at the very edge of the boardwalk, which meant we had access to the boardwalk but weren’t necessarily in the middle of the crowds. We were always able to find a perfect spot at the beach right off of our access point. There was also ample parking underneath the building, probably enough for four cars, so if you are coming with a group everyone can find parking.
