2022 beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay with beautiful views and location for access to the bay and the ocean. Everything was great except for the awnings. The bikes and kayaks would have been great.

Recent stay at Assowoman 4WE

Lovely house, but a few negatives compared to previous stays. 1)Ignition button on the gas grill no longer works 2)Awning on main porch is broken/missing one half of metal frame that extends it from the house 3) clothes dryer barely works. Otherwise, it's a great place and I'm sure we will return. Thanks

Great place to re-connect with your family!

We had a great time! This townhouse was able to hold between 10-12 people. A beauty bay in the back and ocean in the front! Very safe and quiet. The grill was very dirty and propane tanks were pretty empty. The awning was broken so we couldn’t enjoy the deck as much. The bikes and kayak in the garage were useless. The bathrooms are old so they are as clean as possible. Kitchen appliances are ok but not new.
