Picnic table for 8 in back with corn hole and family games inside and out.. Three bedrooms and 2.5 baths on the main floor and 1 bedroom, full bath and loft space on the second floor. No smoking in or on property. No loud parties or celebrations. If an event is reported to the HOA, this will result in an immediate eviction from the property and forfeiture of all monies paid.
