Sea Colony West side

The rental was fine. Difficult to reach dishes as they were stored above the sink. Needed more light in the living room/dining room area at night. It was clean. Loved the screened in porch.

Overall it was good. It was very clean and tidy. The furnishings appear to be recently refreshed for the most part. The kitchen was bit lacking but other than that it was great.

A jewel in Bethany

We stayed here 7/11-18 and I cannot say enough wonderful things about not only the condo but the location as well! The owners have made this condo feel like you are at home with a gorgeous view of the pond. Sitting on the enclosed balcony every morning with my coffee made sure the day started off perfectly. It is clean, modern and oh so cozy with all the amenities one could need. Not to mention the quietness of the building, the private pool and beach access using the shuttle that makes frequent stops in front of the condo. Our family enjoyed many of the wonderful restaurants in the area, we were never out of things to do! Would recommend this condo over any hotel as you have all the privacy you need but the amenities of a five star resort. I also wanted to say thank you to Charissa Joachimowski who went out of her way on her day off to retrieve and deliver a very expensive camera lens we had left behind at the condo after we had checked out. Besides the condo highly recommend Wilgus Associates
