Large home

Beautiful spacious home with lots of bathrooms! Kids room had lots of toys bathrooms had steps for kids (and great grandmother). Loved the screened porch for coffee and meals.

Beautiful and clean!

The rental staff was super responsive and easy to communicate with. We had very few problems at this beautiful and clean home! The bedrooms and bathrooms were ideal for our family vacation! It was close to everything and so spacious. Any problems we had were dealt with immediately. After realizing our key was for the upper lock only we accidentally locked ourselves out and they were able to come right over and unlock the door for us. We ran out of propane one evening and they immediately sent the propane company over to refill! Neither of these problems were foreseen but the company handled them with professionalism and ease! What a pleasure!
We will definitely think about staying at this property when we visit again!

2024 Family vacation

The home was beautiful, and plenty big for our family.
we loved the screened in porch, perfect spot for morning coffee.
We had a few concerns that were responded to immediately.
We've been vacationing at Bethany Beach for 25 years now, with homes at the beach, or Bethany west, the one issue would be the 4pm checki-in, never has a check in been that late.
The home was definitely well maintained.

Nice bedroom layout, close to town/beach via 15-20 min walk and on Trolley route. Home is nicely appointed with good cooking equipment. Living room dining is a little tight, but otherwise a nice space.

Our family stayed at this rental and quite frankly this place is amazing. First off the interior design is state of the art and the house is within close proximity to the beach. The street is quiet and respectful which enhances the calm, relaxing environment we hoped for. I would highly recommend this property for rental. Our family has long lasting memories of this fabulous house.

We had a lovely New Years Weekend. The unit was spacious, clean, nicely appointed, and it was a great central location. Lots bedrooms, and plenty of beds and space for our party of 11. I would definately return, possibly for a summer visit.
