Summer Vacation

This is our 4th or 5th year renting this unit and overall we love it!The owners continue to make upgrades. One comment - the newly floored stairs are pretty but given that the stairs aren’t standard/regulation height, they were a little slippery now. Also, each year we find that the cleaning service who cleans before we arrive does an ok, not good, job. It doesn’t look like they sweep the floors before the mop so all they do is move dirt and sand around. We always sweep the entire place when we arrive. This year was no exception.

Almost a great rental

This was a great rental except for the WiFi and/or cable. Watching TV was very choppy and the internet kept dropping out. It was needed as we still had to do some work while on vacation. In need of some maintenance or replacement. Other than that, it's a great place to stay and we have stayed there two years in a row but will look elsewhere for next year.
