There is also an outdoor shower. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. There are two beds in the second bedroom and two twins in the 3rd bedroom. The second two bedrooms share a second full bath.There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a half bath on the first floor. Enjoy the free WiFi and a Smart Flat Screen TV in the living room. There is also a flat screen TV in the Master Bedroom. The home is located within walking distance of a number of nearby restaurants including Grotto's Pizza, DiFebo's Restaurant and Market and Bethany Diner, as well as a WAWA convenience store. For more restaurants and shops you can also walk, drive, or take the trolley into town. The Bethany Beach trolley passes right by the front door and stops at the end of the street. No smoking. No fireplace use.

Community amenities include a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball hoop and small children's playground. There is a dock with a kayak and canoe launch for easy access to the Salt Pond. There is also a bench on the dock where you can just sit and enjoy the view!

Works for our family

Overall this location is great for families: access to trolley, proximity to pool/playground and screened in porch. Rental is outdated and kitchen equipment is sparse. Regardless would rent the space again!

Great place (clean, well maintained), great location (short walk to beach (less than 10 min) yet very private surrounding, and great customer service from realty manager who at last minute arranged to extend our visit.
