Working with Wilgus folks was a very smooth experience, all questions were answered when asked. The property is in great shape and no major issues were incurred. The property sits in the middle of the town of Fenwick Island, almost everything in this area it was walkable, convenient store, restaurants, family attractions, i.e. multiple restaurants, souvenirs stores, miniature golf, arcades, ice cream, go carts and a water park.

"sanderling II" S. Carolina Ave.
Wilgus has been easy to work with/book through for our summer rentals for the past several years. The house on S. Carolina Ave fits our family perfectly. Fenwick is a great place for families with young kids. Any issues that came up, the owner was very responsive!

Family Reunion
The beach house was perfect for our family reunion. It was difficult to find a house with 6 bedrooms & 6.5 bathroom which was exactly what we were looking for our week stay. We needed a minor repair & the owner responded within hrs & took care of the repair. I would definitely recommend this beach house for a large party of 12.

Fun in Fenwick

Gorgeous house on ocean block with lots of modern amenities. Plenty of bedrooms and room for guests to spread out and relax. I must comment about the Roku/Sling TV package, no local sports (Orioles finally in contention and unable to view games) or local news, it was frankly frustrating, the timing couldn\'t have been worse for the long-suffering fans. Comcast was available the previous years. Nevertheless, the internet was flawless and reliable. The kitchen vent fan was constantly flapping loudly throughout the day and night when it was windy, this was annoying to say the least. Perhaps the horrific weather factored into these issues but otherwise we enjoyed our two week stay!

Sanderling II - Fenwick Island

We enjoyed a great stay at Sanderling II in Fenwick Island. This house is a short walk from the beach and convenient to venues in Fenwick Island like Matts Fish Camp. The house was very clean and is nice for a group of three families with five grandkids. The property owner keeps the landscaping well maintained and provides extra trash and recycle capacity. An overall excellent stay!

Wonderful time at the beach

We were bumped from our usual North Bethany location due to construction but Wilgus helped us find the Fenwick property. Very clean, but sparse kitchen supplies for a large family. Basement apartment was a bit musty, but the owner was at the property cleaning everything inside and out with bleach. Recommend this property overall. Great furniture, decks and porches and eating space.

Lovely Fenwick Rental

We have rented this property several times and love it! The layout is spacious, every bedroom has a bath and there are decks galore. We love the two family rooms, game table area, multiple decks and separate dining area that allow family members the freedom to mix and mingle when they want as well as have private solitude when desired. Additionally, the proximity to the beach is fabulous!

Beach vacation with the Irving family
We had a great time house is always clean and we love that we each get a bathroom to ourselves. We are a 1/2 block from the beach , and that is so much easier with little ones. We only had one issue and it was the wash machine it decided to break as we got there , not sure how long it was acting up but when we called the appliance repair man was there the next day. Can’t ask for anything better. Always a treat to stay in this home!!

Great house
What a great house for our family. Everyone had plenty of room. We loved the location and was only a short walk to the beach. There were several restaurants and shops within walking distance too. The management was very helpful too. We will definitely be back
