806 Farragut - Sea Colony East

Was fortunate to be able to stay two weeks at an ocean front condo at Sea Colony. Weather was amazing. Hot, but not sweltering and relatively low humidity. Beach was clean and well groomed by the Sea Colony team. All public areas were very nice and appropriately cared for.
Used the Oceanside deli in Edgewater complex and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everything is prepared as ordered and is fresh and very good.

Any and all staff members were professional and extremely friendly and helpful.

We stayed at 806 Farragut in Sea Colony East. It was beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable. We loved everything about it, especially the ocean front view and the easy walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this rental; I wish I was still there!
Wilgus Associates made the rental process easy and the associates are very responsive.

We had a beautiful time during our week long stay at Sea Colony. We have been staying at the same condo for several years and enjoy this beach front location. Overall, the amenities meet our needs. The TV in the queen bedroom gives us various issues every year and needs a new box. The condo could use a deep clean (behind/under beds, dressers, and couches) and provide better cleaning appliances (broom, dust pan, vacuum, etc.) for when we clean before check out. Those items are dated/disgusting and we end up bringing our own. Kitchen also needs oven mitts and hot pads. Other than a few of these points, we make many fun memories with our family there and are thankful for the time there!

It rained all week, so it wasn\'t a great beach week for me.

Overall, property is in great shape. Family had tons of fun. Weather was perfect. Everyone at Wilgus is very professional and friendly. Love their agents!

I stay in the same rental each year. I love the unit I stay in. It is so homey and so convenient to everything, especially the beach.

From check in to check out, all was exceptional. The staff and the unit all were wonderful and exceeded expectations. Minor opportunity for improvement is to clean the glass patio door between renters. The view is gorgeous but with the doors spotty, that took away from the vista. we went to CVS and bought windex but may want to ask cleaners to add that to their process.

Have been going to Bethany for years, and love everything about it.

Direct Ocean views, easy access to pools and beach. Home is well equipped. Check In/Out was well organized and the staff was very friendly and professional.

Easily accommodated 4 adults & two children. Will rent again.

Overall condo was very nice. Wilgus Staff were outstanding! Very friendly and professional.
Only issue (and it was minor) would be the kitchen was not outfitted as well as other units we have stayed in in the past. Ex; No pitcher to make lemonade or ice tea. otherwise - not complaints. Would love to rent the same unit next year! Thank you, Bob G

After 25 years of renting various units at Sea Colony, we finally found the unit we hope to return too every year.

For an extended stay, I wanted to plan a rental through a realtor rather than go direct to an independent owner who might not be available at all times. My agent at Wilgus, Charissa, walked me through all the properties that were available for my dates and helped secure the condo at Sea Colony that would work out best. The process was easy and organized.
I am very glad I went this route for the rental. I felt I had someone available for questions and who was close by, in town, in case anything came up. Only one issue arrived (which was minor- internet service) and after I left a message for Charissa, she got me information within an hour and I was back up. Also during this extended stay, some mandatory inspection was occurring in my building at Sea Colony, and the Wilgus office kept me totally informed of the project. I was able to plan my day around it and it was not a surprise or a nuisance in any way.
This was my first stay at Sea Colony (and in Bethany Beach) so it was a benefit to have the Wilgus team walk me through all the logistics of the community - parking, registration, etc. – and also let me know exactly what fitness center and pool was open during the off season. The condo owner was great in working with Wilgus to have the unit ready for me.
The condo itself is lovely! The kitchen and baths are very nicely up to date. The furnishings are comfortable and exactly what you’d want to enjoy a beach visit. Honestly, I opened the blinds to the full wall of windows in the living room and the large windows in the master bedroom overlooking the ocean and that was all I needed. The sunrises are worth getting up early!
If it was not winter, I would have been on the balcony every minute – it is large and private. Also didn’t realize until I got there how great the location is. It is walking distance to the downtown of Bethany, the boardwalk area, and a number of restaurants. Great place in a great area.
