Ground floor features a master suite, laundry area and two enclosed hot/cold outdoor showers. Middle level ( main floor) has a spacious living area, large deck with ocean views, wet bar, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bath. Third floor features master suite with private ocean view deck, two additional bedrooms and and full bath in hallway. Upper level features a loft with daybed. Top floor features another large deck with amazing views of ocean, beach and town. Upgraded three zone air-conditioning. A true gem! No smoking.

-Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $300

Our rental experience was fantastic! From the ease of the text announcing our condo was ready, to move in and finding the condo clean and ready for our family, to the a/c and towel bar issue we had being handled quickly, this was a week to remember. I hate to recommend this property for fear of one year losing our slot for this annual family vacation - we have stayed in this condo for 8 years and LOVE IT and like that we have met the owners numerous years when they were checking everything out before our arrival.

Everyone at Wilgus was incredibly nice and helpful during our stay. We had a few minor issues which were promptly resolved and with a smile. The townhome was in great condition and very well located. Parking was surprising fantastic and is one of the reasons we've already requested to stay again next year.

My FAVORITE Family Vacay Spot

We LOVE this property as witnessed by our return for many years! We can park our car upon arrival and leave it until it is time to go. The beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It always very clean when we arrive and the 2 times we have had to seek assistance with a problem with blinds or the refrigerator, the management company is quick to respond. We had an opportunity to meet the owners on two occasions and they clearly care about the comfort of their renters. The only issue I have with giving a glowing review is finding ourselves unable to rent one year because of the high demand!! :>)

Wonderful Bethany Beach Vacation

This is our 4th year at this property it is on the boardwalk, close to the beach and we love it. 4 Bd 3 Bath huge kitchen all the amenities water view fantastic home away from home. Fabulous - as always!

We have rented this property for several years from Wilgus and LOVE this property! We moved from renting at Sea Colony because the grandkids were getting older and we needed more space. This property fits our needs so well! For the first time we had to contact Wilgus upon arriving at the property because there were some issues with broken refrigerator shelf, blinds missing and knobs on closets broken off. Wilgus was very accommodating and had some of the maintenance team out that very afternoon to assess damage, repair what could be done immediately and parts ordered. Overall, we love this property.
