Dog friendly with only 1 dog allowed. Lovely location ocean front in North Bethany, Delaware

Love this place

We have stayed here quite a few times and love it. So relaxing. The house is great, clean and a beautiful view. Perfect location. I can bring the dog!!! huge bonus. She loves it too. Looking forward to next year.

Classic and Timeless Summer Vacation

We've been repeat renters of this special house for ten years and ongoing. It's a basic modest house and not as modern, humongous and luxurious as it's surrounding neighbors. But the house makes up for its location which directly faces the beach and has a covered porch which shades and protects you from the sun and inclement weather. The house for us is is like the little engine that could-- it fulfills our basic needs, and has grown with our family and friends over the summer years and most important of all, it is pet friendly.

Sea Del July 4th Week

Excellent location; great ocean views; easy access to the beach; nice, quiet, safe neighborhood; house in good shape; well maintained and guarded beach.
Improvement suggestions: better quality linens; replace flooring in living room and kitchen; enable upper storm shutters to open; maintenance needed on upstairs AC unit; clarify trash and recycling dates and times.
